Our studio has been using HPN 12 oz and 15 oz Orca Coated Mugs for a number of years.
We ordered the 12 ct. box of the Orca Coated 15 oz white ceramic mug blanks to complete an order for an upcoming awards ceremony.
They were shipped out quickly, received from FedEx, box was packed well with no damaged mugs.
Due to customer’s request for additional award mugs, we quickly placed a second order that arrived in similar fashion.

I tried another “premium” brand and HPN ceramic Orca coated mug took the prize everytime! I don’t have to hunt for another quality mug. Ordered 3 cases and not a single mug was broken. I love how these sublimate and the print is so vibrant! Contacted support and these are dishwasher and microwave safe! Thanks HPN :)
Really nice. only had one cracked one so far in the case.
I love how these mugs sublimate. Vibrant and crisp colors, however the order I had came with 7 11 oz mugs handles broken and 2 15 oz mugs completely broken. The box was damaged in shipping but the product was packed poorly. Customer service was great they are giving me a refund for the damaged products.
