When will I receive my

you should expect to have your order at your doorstep in about one week
on the average. Since our products are shipped from the west coast,
orders from the west coast will arrive sooner than orders from the east

Do you offer local pick
up? Yes! If you are in the Southern California or Southern Florida area, we
welcome pick ups at our warehouses in La Mirada, CA, Brea, CA and Miami, FL. For pickup orders, please call us. Order will be placed by phone and the will call slip will be emailed to you for pickup.
What is your return
policy?
We accept all returns within 5 days after
the item(s) are received as long as it is returned in new, resellable
condition and has not been used. To return an item, please contact us
for instructions on returns. We do not charge restocking fees. Shipping and handling charges to and from HeatPressNation.com

What is the warranty
coverage on your heat press machines?
All of our heat press machines come with a minimum warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase, with many that carry even longer warranties. The manufacturer
will replace any defective parts within the warranty period.
Damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance or neglect are not
covered by the manufacturers’ warranty.
Do I have to pay any
customs fees for international shipments? Yes,
customs and duty fees are assessed by import officials at the
destination country. You will receive a bill after delivery has been
made from the respective import authorities. Customs fees vary by
country so we cannot give you a quote on customs fees. In general,
customs fees are about $40 per heat press. These fees do not
apply to customers within the United States.
How many items do you
have in stock?
We have an in stock rate of 100% of each
item we showcase on this web site with an average in stock quantity of
about 25 pieces for each sku! This ensures that all our customers
receive exactly what they placed in their shopping cart.
