When will I receive my order?
All in-stock products are always shipped within 1-3 days after the order is placed on our web site, and you should expect to have your order at your doorstep in about one week on the average. In the case of the Geo Knight brand, the heat presses are built to order and you will have to allow 3-5 business days for the press to be built before it is shipped. Since our products are shipped from the west coast, orders from the west coast will arrive sooner than orders from the east coast.

Do you offer local pick up?
Yes! If you are in the Southern California or Southern Florida area, we welcome pick ups at our warehouses in Brea, CA and Miami, FL. For pickup orders, please call us. Order will be placed by phone and the will call slip will be emailed to you for pickup.

What is your return policy?
We accept all returns within 15 days after the item(s) are received as long as it is returned in new, resellable condition and has not been used. To return an item, please contact us for instructions on returns. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to items returned damaged. Shipping and handling charges to and from HeatPressNation.com cannot be refunded.

What is the warranty coverage on your heat press machines?
All of our heat press machines come with a minimum warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase, with many that carry even longer warranties. The manufacturer will replace any defective parts within the warranty period. Damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance or neglect are not covered by the manufacturers’ warranty.

Do you offer free shipping?
Unlike most companies who offer free shipping by rolling in the shipping costs into the price of the product, we like to keep shipping costs separate from the item cost. We feel like our customers deserve to know where their money is going.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada?
Yes, we do ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada, however shipping products to these location does incur additional shipping costs. We recommend ordering by telephone so that our representatives can discuss shipping options with you.

Do I have to pay any customs fees for international shipments?
Yes, customs and duty fees are assessed by import officials at the destination country. You will receive a bill after delivery has been made from the respective import authorities. Customs fees vary by country so we cannot give you a quote on customs fees. In general, customs fees are about $40 per heat press. These fees do not apply to customers within the United States.

How many items do you have in stock?
All of our items are well stocked and ready to ship immediately. There are times when items are back ordered and if that is the case with any of the products you order we will notify you right away and provide you with different options on proceeding with the order.

Where is the warehouse that these products are shipped from?
Our products ship from warehouses located in Brea, California and Miami Florida. If you are in the Southern California or Southern Florida area, you may consider our Will-Call shipping option to save on shipping costs!

How often do you update your catalog?
To ensure that you, our valued customers, always have the latest heat presses and supplies to choose from, we update our catalog on a weekly basis. Often times we update our catalog daily!
