I was very disappointed in this product. I purchased last year. Must say I was very excited when I bought it. But trying to get it to work and contour is a nightmare. The instructions on getting it to contour was more of a headache than anything. My son wants to start a t shirt business and I can\'t even instruct him on how to use the machine. Now the equipment has become part of the furniture stuck in a corner. Bad investment for me. Not happy at all. Now I just stick with my cricut machine or had contour anything I print out.

This thing is a real bummer I\'m not Einstein but I\'m also not Forest Gump most confusing apparatus I\'ve ever try to set up.The cutter just runs up and down back and forth I try to read the manual and it\'s like foreign to understand...surely there\'s a easier way to cut a piece of vinyl than to spend 5 or 600 bucks .I tried using the online chat but got no where...made feel like a complete moron.Very disturbed in the suppose to be beginners cutter EXPERT 24 .

My review is more about the people that work at heat press nation than the vinyl cutter itself, because... I bought this cutter to help enhance my tshirt business by using vinyl and being able to contour cut dark transfer pieces, I've had it about 3 weeks now and i have not been able to get it working. I called heat press a TON of times, i feel bad they had to talk to me so much, but every time i called they were more than helpful and after my 10th call there i finally have it up and going with no problems and working great! I was regretting getting this contraption until i finally figured it out and i couldnt have done that without the help from customer service!! So if you do decide to get this cutter which i recommend doing, dont worry if you are having problems figuring it out, they have amazing people you can call to help you out!

I walked in the shop close to closing time. I thought they would say to come back next day because they were closing. To my surprise that wasnt the case. The person there was very nice and able to help me with what i wanted and needed and answered all my questions. I not only purchased an Expert 24 LX but I also purchased a heat press. I was told if I had trouble installing my vinyl cutter I could give them a call and they would help me. Sure enough. I tried making it work on my own but I am not a computer expert at all. I made 1 call and they helped me get my cutter going. It took less than 10 minutes. I was so happy this thing was cutting :) CHING CHING :) THANK YOU GUYS AT HEAT PRESS NATION YOUR GREAT.

I have a airbrush tshirt business in Illinois. And was looking into plotter cutters to increase sales. I did a lot of research and was leaning toward a Roland cutter. After talking with heatpress nation they convinced me that the GCC would be fine for what i was needing. I was a bit sceptical at first not going with the more exspensive cutter. But must admit i was pleasantly surprised at how easy and how reliable the GCC was to use. Absolutely no regrets with purchase, and saving 1200 dollars was nice to.
