Q: Hello, we have 4 presses model 728, but I need some new presses that the heating element is on the bottom plate and not on top, do you have such a machine??? Sergio Molina

Posted On: 2/14/2018 By: Sergio Molina

A: Hi Sergio, unfortunately, we do not carry any heat presses that have the heating element on the bottom and not the top. The closest you can find is our RosinTech heat presses that have heating elements on both top and bottom but nothing that is only on the bottom.
Q: For the HPN Black series 15x15: I’ve seen one of the videos on your website mention the bottom platen of this machine can be adjusted to allow for “flotation” for certain materials. However, there is no specific mention of this in the product description, nor in the product comparison chart. Does this remain a function on this machine?

Posted On: 2/10/2018 By: Melissa Stafford

A: Hello Melissa, thanks for your question. As it turns out, the current Black Series no longer carries this feature anymore. The rocking lower platen was a feature available on our older Black Series models that was manufactured a few years ago. For more detailed information of this feature, please be sure to contact us directly at 800-215-0894 and our representatives will be happy to explain all the current and new features on this machine.
Q: Is this a 120 or 220

Posted On: 2/1/2018 By: Kevin Brinson

A: With our heat presses they will use a 120v power system.
Q: The hydraulic arm that allows my machine to open once the time has expired has broken. Do you sell replacement parts for the HPN-1515-AUTO?

Posted On: 12/19/2017 By: Jamie

A: We definitely do have replacement parts for our heat presses. Please be sure to contact us directly at 800-215-0894 and dialing 3 for technical support. Our technician will be able to assist you with the part you need.
Q: I know the manual recommends having this on its own circuit which mines seems to need bc it’s making my lights dim every time it’s on but I don’t see anyone ever mentioning this in reviews. Is it common to need a dedicated breaker for this press?

Posted On: 12/12/2017 By: Shara

A: A heat press will generally use around 15 amps which is nearly the entire amount that is allowed on an individual circuit. If you have other electrical appliances connected with that circuit, then you do run the risk of overloading the circuit. Often times, you can tell if you have lighting equipment plugged with it. Please make sure to plug it in directly into the wall without using a surge protector or power strip. A lot of them are incompatible with a heat press. If the screen is dimming, it could also mean that it's having trouble getting enough power to the machine.
