Q: I'm getting ready to sublimate my first 16 oz. thermos from your company. I read that I need to use the 11 or 15 oz wrap to sublimate them in the convection oven. Which I have all of these. How long and what temperature do I use?

Posted On: 7/14/2018 By: Ramona Connor

A: Hello Ramona, thank you for your question. As it seems, we do not have the settings for a convection oven. We could suggest trying 400F for 240 seconds. If you are using a mug press, you can cook these at 385F for 120 seconds.
Q: Question two and three are asking the same question and received two different answers. Which answer is correct?

Posted On: 6/28/2018 By: John Pinnick

A: John, I apologize for the conflicting answers. It appears the representative that answered the 3rd question made a mistake on the answer and assumed it would work with the 17 oz attachment. As it stands, this product will only work with a convection oven. We have not tested this yet with the 17 oz attachment to make a valid claim. That Q&A has been reanswered.
Q: Can you tell me the item # for the wrap I would need to use for this in a convection oven?

Posted On: 3/24/2018 By: Debra

A: Hi Debra, if you are looking for the sublimation wraps, currently we only the wraps made for the HIX Sublimation Ovens under our Sublimation Oven Wraps section. The 11, 15, 14 oz wrap would be the appropriate one.
Q: How do we get this to work with the 17 oz latte mug press? It doesn’t close around it properly because the top of the taper is too wide. Is there a trick to it?

Posted On: 3/2/2018 By: Debra Love

A: Hi Debra, these 16 oz Thermos are actually meant to be cooked in a convection oven and not a mug press. Currently, there are no mug attachments that will fit correctly around these.
Q: What size mug attachment do you use for this thermos?

Posted On: 8/19/2017 By: Kiani Constant

A: Hello Kiani, we apologize but HPN has not done any internal testing with the 17 oz attachment to verify that it will work. Currently, our manufacturer only recommends you cook this with a convection oven.
