Customer Service Representative – Fullerton, CA

Classification: Full-Time - Hourly 

Department: Customer Service

The Customer Service Department is a critical part of the HeatPressNation.com mission to deliver Expert, Timely, and Professional customer service to all HeatPressNation.com’ customers.

In a fun and fast-paced environment, this position requires heavy phone and email communication with customers, utilizing a wide variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • - Educate customers over the phone and in person about our products and determine product-based solutions to their needs.
  • - Communicate with customers via phone, live chat, and email support channels.
  • - Taking customer calls in order to help place orders, respond to customer inquiries, and offer solutions to fit their needs.
  • - Respond to customer emails by using appropriate and professional language.
  • - Work effectively with vendors and shipping companies to communicate order tracking information.
  • - Work effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.
  • - Assist walk-in customers who visit our office for will call orders or showroom visits.
  • - Engage customers through social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, T-Shirt Forums, etc.
  • - Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • - 1-year call center or previous retail sales/customer service experience preferred
  • - Ability to type 45 wpm or higher.
  • - Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with customers and internal partners in a professional manner in person, by phone and chat.
  • - Professional in appearance, attitude, and actions.
  • - Must have analytical thinking skills and detail oriented personality.
  • - Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Gmail experience.
  • - Experience working with Magento a plus but not required.
  • - Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • - Able to work a full-time schedule during normal business hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Warehouse Picker/Processor – Fullerton, CA

Classification: Full-Time - Hourly 

Department: Fulfillment

We are looking for a smart, energetic, hard-working individual to manage day-to-day product fulfillment, shipping, and picking processor for our warehouse. This is an ideal position for someone who is a self-starter, detail oriented, reliable and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • - Order fulfillment: keeping track of, processing, and shipping daily orders
  • - Quality check all products leaving warehouse to customers
  • - Process returns and exchanges
  • - Keep and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
  • - Communicate and update team on product inventory levels and back-ordered products
  • - Work effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems
  • - Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • - 1 year minimum of order processing experience preferred
  • - Online business experience is a plus
  • - Prior warehouse experience preferred
  • - Magento E-Commerce platform experience a plus
  • - Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
  • - Must be computer proficient and able to learn required software programs
  • - Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with customers and internal partners in a professional manner
  • - Professional in appearance, attitude, and actions
  • - Must have a detail-oriented personality
  • - Forklift certification a plus but not required
  • - Must be at least 18 years of age 
  • - Able to work a full-time schedule during normal business hours (8:30AM-5:00PM) 
  • - Location: Fullerton, CA
