Q: Will this do water bottles also?

Posted On: 2/24/2019 By: David Terry

A: With the provided attachments this will not be compatible with Water Bottles. For different substrates, additional attachments would be needed.
Q: Hello, I just ordered my first heat press from you and would eventually like to move into the sublimation world. In the meantime, can this heat press be used with HTV as well?

Posted On: 1/3/2019 By: Sue Vincett

A: While vinyl will work on mugs, it will be purely cosmetic and can be peeled off. For professional grade long last results, we only recommend use of sublimation.
Q: For this it's a 2-in-1 can you get more attachment mug sizes?

Posted On: 3/19/2018 By: Crystal

A: Hello Crystal, You sure can! Separate size attachments for the HPN Signature Series are available after purchase.
Q: There seems to be no real information on this newer model of mug press you are offering. Even the instructions offered on the site are for the older model you use to sell. This model looks interesting but since it is new, I wonder about it's durability and performance. I also wonder if the 4 point pressure adjustment is going to be beneficial (I kind of think it will) or be a source of problems and headaches when transferring images to the mugs. Do you have more pertinent information for this particular press you are now offering. I am interested in the model that does the most mug sizes. Also, do you offer a mug sample package that has the different size mugs to experiment on? --John

Posted On: 8/16/2016 By: John Smith

A: Hey John! We're very sorry for the insufficient amount of information provided on that particular product. We do hear your concerns on it so I'll try to answer your questions the best I can. Currently, our business development team is working extremely hard in creating a video, proper instructions manual, and many more pictures for that unit and they will soon be available on our website. For now, we are providing all the info we can internally if you call in or email us but here are some major points of this unit compared to the older Signature Mug Presses. - The newer Signature Series comes with a larger structure that is built with (4) Pressure points. One of the setbacks of standard style mug press is that there is only (2) pressure points so when you are transferring a full bleed image onto a 15 oz mug, it would be quite limited to a size of about 3.84" x 8.25". Of course, you will always want larger since you have a larger mug. Well with this newer structure and how it applies pressure on both ends of your mugs, you will be able to get up to 4.5" x 9" coverage. - You can now do shot glasses and mini mugs along with the same attachment as before. - The controls are all the same and all your previous 4 attachments will work on this unit. - The only REAL major difference is the structure.
