Your video is completely optional! If you prefer, you can join with just audio or even use the chat feature within Google Meet to ask your questions while watching the demo.
Can an expert help me troubleshoot or provide technical support?
While our video shopping service is focused on helping you choose the right products, we do offer video technical support! Simply call 800-215-0894, option 3, and request a video support call. One of our technicians will then switch you to a video call to assist you.
Do I need to download any software to join the video call?
No downloads are necessary! Our MyExpert representatives will send you a Google Meet link, which you can open in your web browser on a computer or mobile device.
What are the available hours for live video shopping?
