Printable side
The printable side (white matte coated side) where film peels off.

Trimming Your Image
The paper has a transparent polymer background. However, it is recommended you trim close to your image to reduce the polymer background even more. The trim does not need to be accurate. It is recommended to trim roughly 0.5 - 1.0 inches around your image.

Pressure Settings
To ensure that the coating has properly fused with the fabric, we recommend using maximum pressure. If this paper is applied with inadequate pressure, the transfer will not wash well.

Peeling
This paper is to be peeled hot. Peeling should occur immediately after pressing. Also, if you have difficulties peeling the backing off the shirt, while the fabric is hot, gently tug on the sides of the shirt. The backing will "pop" right out.

Wash Instructions
Wait 24 hours before washing. Machine wash using mild detergent. Do not use bleach or other aggressive cleaning agents. Cannot be dry cleaned. Wash temperature cannot exceed 105°F. To increase color vibrancy, it is recommended to iron the image after each launder.

Storage
Inkjet Light Pro has an indefinite shelf life when stored at room temperature. Keep away from direct heat, sunlight and humidity.

Q: I see you show it’s easy to peel off before ironing, but is it really that easy? I have used Avery Light Fabric Transfer and needless to say it’s still on the transfer sheet.

Posted On: 12/4/2018 By: Dior

A: For light transfer paper you actually do not need to peel anything as the whole sheet will be applied to the fabric then peeled after the application process. If you run into any troubles please feel free to give us a call :)
Q: How does this type of image hold up in the wash? Does it peel after some time? Fade? Special washing instructions?

Posted On: 10/16/2018 By: LORI E BABCOCK

A: This transfer paper will be a professional grade transfer that is designed to last anywhere between 30-60 washes depending on it's care. For longevity it is recommended to wash this in cold water inside out and hang dry.
Q: Can this be used for a DIY project at home with a normal iron?

Posted On: 9/18/2018 By: Astrid Jimenez

A: Hi Astrid, the only product we recommend with a household iron would be heat transfer vinyl. Heat transfer paper is a lot less forgiving and will require almost the perfect amount of heat, time, and pressure to allow it to work. This is why purchasing a good quality heat press is important for heat transfer paper.
Q: Hello I was looking into your heating printing transfer machine and I would like to know if this machine works on satin as well? Regards

Posted On: 7/23/2018 By: Adnan Karim

A: Hi Adnan, this paper is not recommended for satin. It is only made to transfer onto cotton and polyester. Satin is a strange type of fabric due to its glossy and silky like characteristics. We do not have any heat transfer materials that have been tested properly for satin.
Q: Does your transfer paper get stiff when I do the heat press ?.

Posted On: 7/21/2018 By: Olivia Huitt

A: Hi Olivia, the stiffness you're referring to may be more related to the Opaque/Dark Heat Transfer Paper. The Light transfer papers are always going to feel more similar to a silk screen because the transfer paper is melted into the fabric with the ink side facing directly down. But overall, this product should not get stiff but that doesn't mean it won't a hand. It will just be a lighter hand than dark transfer paper/
