Return Policy

30 Day Return Policy: All of our heat presses go through thorough quality control procedures before it leaves our warehouse. If after you receive your heat press you decide it’s just not the right fit for you and would like to exchange it for another model we will gladly exchange it for you. If however you would like a credit instead, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. All returned products must be in new condition meaning that the product has not been installed or altered and is in the same condition as it was when it was received. Additionally, you would be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs on the returned item. Actual shipping costs will be charged from products eligible for free shipping offers.

15 Day DOA Policy: Because of our strict quality control procedure we are confident that your heat press will be in full working order before it leaves our warehouse. From time to time, however, there are situations where a machine can be damaged in transit and not working when it arrives to you. In these situations we will happily have the damaged machine brought back to us and we’ll replace it with the exact same model at no cost to you.

Made to Order Products: Some products on our website are made to order once the order has been placed. These items cannot be cancelled or modified once the order has been placed. Made to order products are noted on each respective product page. If an exception is made, we will charge a restocking fee in addition to a product manufacturing cancellation fee.

Exceptions: Inks, Vinyl Cutters, Printers, and Software cannot be returned whether sealed or opened. Aforementioned items can only be exchanged for an identical item if damaged.

Requesting a return

If you wish to return any item to, please call us for return authorization You can reach us at 1-800-215-0894. Our office hours are 7:00AM – 5:00PM Monday – Friday. We will not accept any item unless you have a valid Return Authorization number. The order number and authorization number must be listed on the return. Please allow 5 business days for credit to be applied to your credit card after receipt of the return. A 15% restocking fee will be applied less applicable shipping costs.

All products must be returned undamaged with any and all original manuals, registration cards, accessories etc.

Due to the weight and fragility of each heat press machine, Heat Press Nation requires that any returns must be shipped back with all original packaging materials including the original box and specialized Styrofoam moldings. This ensures that the heat press and all components arrive in a re-sellable condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns without all original packaging materials. 

If a product is returned damaged or with missing items or altered in any way, we reserve the right to assess any additional fees up to the full value of the purchase, depending on the items damaged or missing. Clearance items are final sale items and no refunds are allowed. Returns will not be accepted without an employee issued return authorization (RA) number. Once a return has been authorized and return instructions provided to the customer, the items must be returned postmarked within 2 weeks. All packaged should be checked for any physical damage before signing or receiving the package. Notify the Fedex driver at the time of delivery if you notice any physical damage to the box. Products with damage delivered by Fedex, UPS or USPS shall be reported by the customer to the courier company and file claim accordingly to the courier company.  Please properly package and insure the item so a claim can be filed with the carrier if damage occurs during return shipping.

It is your responsibility to pack your order securely to insure no damage occurs during transit. Credit will not be issued on damaged material.

Vinyl Cutters & Printers: Vinyl cutters and printers are more delicate than other machines so we handle returns for them a little bit differently. We cannot accept returns for vinyl cutters or printers that have been opened or unpackaged. If an exception is made, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. If a vinyl cutter or printer is returned damaged or with missing items or altered in any way, we reserve the right to assess any additional fees up to the full value of the purchase, depending on the items damaged or missing. Any software that is included with the vinyl cutter or printer must come back unregistered. Should any software be registered, the full value of that software will be deducted from the credit amount.
