Liability Release & Media Release Agreement

By registering for and attending an in-person training, workshop, or class hosted by Heat Press Nation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in this event may involve the use of industrial and commercial equipment, including but not limited to heat presses, printers, curing units, and related tools that may operate at high temperatures and involve moving mechanical parts.
I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to burns, cuts, strains, electrical injury, or other bodily injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, associated with my participation.
2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Heat Press Nation, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. Medical Responsibility
I certify that I am physically capable of participating in the activities involved in this event and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of my participation.
4. Compliance with Instructions
I agree to follow all safety instructions, guidelines, and directions provided by Heat Press Nation staff. I understand that failure to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from the event without refund.
5. Media Release & Use of Likeness
I grant Heat Press Nation the irrevocable right to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my likeness, voice, and appearance during the event.
I authorize Heat Press Nation to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publish such media for marketing, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, email campaigns, and training materials, without compensation or further approval.
I understand that I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media.
6. No Expectation of Compensation
I acknowledge that participation in the event does not entitle me to any payment, royalties, or other compensation related to the use of my image or likeness.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event is held, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
