Hello to anyone who might be interested. I bought a sublimation printer and I want to thank the shipping team because I didn't just speak with one person, I spoke with several, and they were all incredibly kind and professional. I had an emergency with this purchase, and they truly went the extra mile to help me get it on time, and it did! It arrived a day early and in perfect condition! Thank you so much!

I apparently made a mistake on my ink order and received 2 of the same colors. I called and customer service was very friendly and polite and took care of it immediately. Shipped out the correct item within an hour and sent me a free return label to return the one I didn't need. I don't believe I have ever had an issue be resolved that quickly and efficiently before. Thank you for all you did.
