We are looking for a fun, computer savvy, technically inclined, smart, energetic, passionate to work, and hard-working individual to pro-actively answer day-to-day calls, communicate through website live chat, and respond to emails in our customer service and sales channels. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily high-volume calls, live chat, and Zendesk support emails.
  • Educate customers over the phone about our products and determine product-based solutions to fit their needs.

    Technical & Product Support Representative – Fullerton, CA

    Classification: Full-Time - Hourly

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Manage high-volume daily technical and troubleshooting calls on heat press machines, vinyl cutters, and similar digital printing products.
    • Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic parts with customers via phone and email communication.
    • Set up common printer drivers and troubleshoot printing issues.
    • Explain the correct use of tools for product/machine troubleshooting.
    • Remote software support towards software troubleshooting and after-sale support.
    • Place and process orders for parts replacement and warranty service of products.
    • Complete daily assigned technical support tickets.
    • Respond to customer emails by using appropriate and professional language.
    • Educate customers about our products and tailoring appropriate solutions to their needs.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 1 year of customer service and/or technical support experience preferred.
    • Experience in the heat pressing industry.

      Classification: Full-Time - Hourly

      Responsibilities:

      • Order fulfillment: keeping track of, processing, and shipping daily orders
      • Prepping products in order to maintain stock levels
      • Quality check all products leaving the warehouse to customers
      • Process returns and exchanges
      • Keep and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
      • Communicate and update the team on product inventory levels and back-ordered products
      • Work effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems
      • Other duties as assigned

      Position Qualifications:

      • 1 year minimum of order processing experience preferred
      • Online business experience is a plus
      • Prior warehouse experience preferred
      • Shopify E-Commerce platform and ShipStation experience a plus
