Delivery Methods & Shipping Timelines
At Heat Press Nation, our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship from two primary U.S. warehouses located in Fullerton, CA and Indianapolis, IN. Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Whenever possible, orders ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address. However, depending on product availability, items in the same order may ship from multiple locations or from a single warehouse that can fulfill the entire order. For this reason, we cannot guarantee shipment from a specific warehouse.
Split Shipments & Backordered Items
If part of your order is temporarily out of stock, available items may ship first. Backordered items will ship separately once they are available at no additional shipping cost to you.
Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer or supplier. These dropship items may have different processing and transit timelines. When applicable, lead times will be listed on the product page.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment once it leaves the warehouse so you can monitor delivery progress.

How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
You can track your order by:

- Logging into your Heat Press Nation account and viewing your order details
- Visiting the carrier’s website directly using the provided tracking number

- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships
- Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may change while in transit
- Orders shipped from multiple locations or manufacturers will have separate tracking numbers
