Are you looking to have your HeatPressNation Heat Press repaired?

We offer local repair at our technical office here in Southern California.

We offer repair services Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 3:00pm PST.

• Repairs are only available for HPN branded heat press machines. 3rd party machine repairs are not available.
• Out of warranty machines are subject to hourly charge of $35/hr along with any needed replacement parts.
• In warranty, all diagnostics, non-consumable parts, and repair services are free of charge.
• Repairs are generally completed within 1-2 hours, however a time estimate can be provided at the time of drop-off after a quick diagnostic.

Not local to our repair center?

No problem at all! There is always the option to ship it in to our repair facility. 

To ensure safe transit, use of the original box and packaging is required otherwise damages may occur. Damages from use of non-original packaging will incur costs or may cause the machine to become non-repairable.

Warranty does not cover shipping expenses to get the machine back and forth however our discounted shipping rates can be extended.
