Application Instructions

  • Cut material in mirror image
  • Weed
  • Preheat garment for 5 seconds
  • Blade: 45°
  • Time: Pre-press garment for 5 sec. then press design for 3 - 5 sec.
  • Temp: 310 - 315°F (155°C)
  • Pressure: Firm to Heavy Pressure
  • Peel: Cold then cover with Teflon sheet and repress for 10 sec.
  • Be advised that dye migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend fabrics. Due to UV Rays, yellowing may occur on the white Xtra's adhesive, but will not affect the adhesion.

  • Wait 24 hours before first wash
  • Follow wash instructions for nylon
  • Do not dry clean
  • Turn inside out and wash cold
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low
