Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and shipped from our warehouse(s) within 1-2 business days and then take an additional 3-5 business days in transit to be delivered. However, longer shipping times may apply in some instances such as, but not limited to: pre-order products, back ordered items, or products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer/supplier. While many supply items ship out of Fullerton, CA, HeatPressNation.com reserves the right to ship from our other warehouses across the nation as well as the vendors we work with.

Our system is designed to optimize the efficiency of order fulfillment and we strive to ship orders in as few boxes as possible to streamline the delivery process. To achieve this, we take into account the delivery address provided during the checkout process to determine the most suitable warehouse for order assignment.
In certain instances, your order may contain items located in multiple warehouses, including one that is in close proximity to your delivery address. In such cases, the entire order will be shipped from the warehouse where the majority of the items are stored. This approach ensures a consolidated and eco-friendly shipping process.
Free Shipping
Free shipping promotion only applies to order destinations within the contiguous United States (The contiguous United States does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the control of the United States.) Additional shipping costs will apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Items will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Multiple item orders may be shipped separately and on different days. Does not apply to items that ship via freight shipping methods.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to Supacolor Custom Transfers.
Any new or current Free Shipping offers and/or promotions cannot be applied to past orders.
Free 2-Day Shipping for Select Sublimation Inks
Free 2-day shipping on select sublimation inks is available only within the contiguous United States and does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. You can find the inks eligible for this promotion HERE.
If ordered before the cut off time, eligible inks will be delivered in 2 business days. Weekend delivery is not included. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. If products other than promo-eligible sublimation inks are included in your order, they may ship separately from the ink via a ground or freight method (depending on the product). Please refer to your tracking for delivery details of each shipment in your order. For orders shipped from our Indianapolis, IN warehouse, the cutoff time for same-day shipping is 11 AM Eastern. The cutoff time for orders shipped from our Fullerton, CA warehouse is 11 AM Pacific. Please refer to the map below for more details.
Refused Shipments and Returns
Any costs incurred by HeatPressNation.com for unauthorized shipment refusal and without first obtaining an RMA number from HeatPressNation.com will result in those costs being deducted from any refunds or store credit that the customer is entitled to. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on any order if delivery is refused, or 10% restocking fee for store credit. Any authorized return shipment to HeatPressNation.com and HeatPressNation.coms' suppliers that incur shipping damage will have a shipping damage claim filed with the corresponding shipping companies. All refunds to be issued will be temporarily postponed until such damage claims are settled with that courier. If it is determined that the damage to the return shipment was not caused by the courier, then the customer will not be entitled to any refunds and the item can be shipped back at customers' expense.

Shipping Address Authorization
We will only ship to your billing address linked to the credit card unless you authorize the requested shipping address with your credit card company. Your order will not be shipped and held until we can authorize the mismatched address. We will attempt to contact you via email and/or phone to resolve these issues, so please ensure that your contact information is up-to-date on your account/order. You may also preemptively contact us after placing your order to expedite this process. Any order whose shipping address is different from the billing address of the purchasing credit card will be subject to our authorization procedures.
Tracking
Once your package leaves the warehouse, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can click the tracking number in that email anytime to see where your package is. You can also check your order status by logging in to your account and clicking on the "My Orders" link. Delivery dates are Monday - Friday, excluding all major holidays. Deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sunday. (FedEx Home Delivery shipments may deliver on Saturday or Sunday where applicable.)
Heat Press Nation is not responsible for any delays to your package delivery while it is in possession of the carrier. Delays can be caused by, but are not limited to, weather, holidays, increased workload during peak season, vehicle breakdowns, etc. Please refer to the tracking information on the carrier's website for the most up-to-date information. Be aware that it can take multiple days for new updates to appear. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For lost or stolen packages, Heat Press Nation requires that our customers reach out to us within 24-48 hours of delivery confirmation after having determined a package has not arrived, is lost, or has been stolen. In the event that a package cannot be located, our representatives will ask that you check around your residence or, if you live in an apartment, with the front desk or security office. If the package is still not able to be located, please know that every case is unique and we do ask that you contact us promptly so that we can process an investigation. Refunds are not guaranteed based on the results of the investigation.
Equipment such as heat press machines, vinyl cutters, printers, and other high dollar value items typically require an investigation/claim to be opened with the logistics provider in order to determine the whereabouts of the package before a replacement or authorized solution is provided. At times, investigations may take up to 7 business days to be completed. Claims are generally opened by a customer service representative on our customer's behalf with the logistics provider.
Items such as vinyl, supplies, transfer paper, and so forth may be replaced at Heat Press Nation's sole discretion, however, replacement is not always guaranteed.
In addition, to an investigation with shipping provider(s), our team may require a police report to supplement any lost package claims regardless of order dollar value.
We understand that an issue like this can be frustrating, therefore, we do ask that you contact us immediately so that we can process your lost package investigation as quickly as possible.
Missing Information on Shipping Address
When entering your Shipping Address during the checkout process, please ensure that you include the full address including any applicable apartment/suite/building number, etc. If your package cannot be delivered due to any missing information, one of our customer service agents will contact you to retrieve this data and you will also be charged an additional $20 fee. We apologize for the inconvenience, but because FedEx charges our company due to the missing shipping address information, we pass along that charge to the customer.
Address Changes
To ensure quick and proper delivery of your order, we highly suggest reviewing your delivery address before you submit. We cannot guarantee we will be able to execute any address change after an order has been submitted. However, we ask that you contact us directly to review your options if something needs to be changed.
Be aware that if an order is already in transit, we will not be able to change the delivery address. If an order is able to have its delivery address updated before it ships, the order may be subject to additional screening procedures to ensure the cardholder approves of the change. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges as a result of the address change.
If the delivery address is updated without HeatPressNation’s help or knowledge, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges the address change incurs. HeatPressNation reserves the right to cancel and reroute such orders back to our warehouse. Any additional charges that result from this process will be deducted from the order refund and the order may also be subject to a restocking fee.
Post Offices, PO Boxes, and Other Carrier Locations
Here at Heat Press Nation, we use FedEx as our main shipping provider. Items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer will ship by either FedEx, UPS, or freight depending on the vendor and product ordered. Because we nor our vendors do not use the United States Postal Service as our main shipping provider, we will not ship orders to Post Offices or PO Boxes as only the USPS can deliver to such addresses. Orders that have a Post Office or PO Box entered as their shipping address will be put on hold until we are able to contact the customer to obtain an alternate address. Orders on hold are subject to cancellation if efforts to contact the customer prove to be unsuccessful.
We will also not ship to UPS stores, FedEx stores, FedEx/Kinkos, or any other carrier location.
PO Boxes are allowed to be entered as the Billing Address during checkout, however, an alternate physical address should be entered as the Shipping Address. Be aware that in such cases where the Shipping Address is different from the Billing Address, the order would be subject to the Shipping Address Authorization process mentioned above.
Hotels
To ensure proper delivery of your order, we ask customers to avoid shipping to a hotel if they are a guest. Although most orders are delivered by their estimated delivery date, an unexpected delay could cause the order to be delivered after checkout. Shipping items to a hotel can also raise security issues. Although most hotels have protocols to safeguard packages, the risk of misplacement or theft is still present.
Orders that are found, before they are shipped, with a shipping address of known hotels will be canceled and refunded. If an order is shipped out to a hotel, HeatPressNation would not be responsible for the order, nor would we be responsible for reshipping the order to an alternate location.
If an order is shipped to a hotel and is claimed lost or stolen, HeatPressNation will not offer a refund or a replacement. If an order that is shipped to a hotel is returned to HeatPressNation, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
Navidium Shipping Protection

Navidium Shipping Protection is optional, paid service that protects your order. We will send you a replacement if your package is lost or damaged by the carrier in transit. In the event that a replacement is not available, we will issue you a refund.
By opting out of shipping Navidium Shipping Protection, we will not be liable for lost or damaged packages.
Packages will not be reshipped, nor refunds given in the event that packages are lost, damaged or shown delivered, but not received by the carrier, but not received by the recipient, and no insurance was purchased.
International Shipping
The equipment that we sell on HeatPressNation.com, including heat presses, vinyl cutters, and printers, is designed to work with American power outlet standards. Because of this, and the complicated logistics and costs associated with international shipping, we will not ship orders to addresses outside of the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, & Canada. We also do not ship to outlying US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc. In addition, we will not ship to freight forwarding companies inside the United States whose purpose is to reship our products internationally.
Orders that are found with a shipping address of known freight forwarding companies will be canceled and refunded. Any product that makes its way out of the United States will not be eligible for warranty service or return while outside the country.
Bundles
Bundles and business packages may be shipped in multiple packages from multiple warehouses. You will receive tracking for all shipments.

30 Day Return Policy
Sometimes things just don’t work out as expected. But that doesn’t mean you have to live with an unwanted purchase. When purchasing from HeatPressNation you can rest assured that we have your best interests at heart. If you decide you’d like to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you can send it back to us for a refund. No questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority. You deserve to have exactly what you need to be successful in the heat transfer industry and we will do what we can to make that happen. If you would like to proceed with a return here are some important things to know:
The Original Box Is Required
As you can imagine it can be difficult to ship large items like heat presses, vinyl cutters and printers safely. We have put a lot of effort into ensuring that these products are well protected in transit. This comes in the form of reinforced boxes, foam moldings and stability boards. Just as these packaging materials keep your products safe when they’re sent to you, we need them to keep the product just as safe on their way back to us. For that reason we cannot accept any returned product that is not in its original packaging.
Return Merchandise Authorization
All returns to HeatPressNation require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We won’t be able to process a return without an RMA. Obtaining the RMA is very easy. Simply contact us with the details and photos of your return. You can call us at 800-215-0894 and press 2 for customer service or visit support.heatpressnation.com and one of our representatives will be more than happy to get your return started.
Return Shipping Cost
We will provide you with a return shipping label. We are more than happy to offer you a full refund of the purchase price of your order. However, we do charge for return shipping. Return shipping costs vary by product and must be shipped by the original shipping method. Our representatives can provide exact costs at the time of obtaining your RMA.
Shipping Your Product To Us
All returns require that all original packaging is included, specifically, the original box and foam moldings, stability board, manual, any accessories, and power cable (if applicable). As much as we would like to accept every returned product, we simply cannot accept any product that is not in its original packaging. To prevent any complications with returns, please keep all packaging materials and boxes when your product is delivered.

Your Refund
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days of receiving the item at our Fullerton, CA headquarters. Credit card refunds may require an additional period of time before being reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions
We strive to offer you the biggest safety net possible when you purchase from HeatPressNation, but there are some things that are beyond even our control. So please read the following exceptions to this policy:
HPN Double Station Shuttle Heat Presses: Return requests must be processed directly through a Customer Service Representative and must be shipped exclusively via Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight. Please be advised that the original shipping crate cannot be reused for return shipments. Therefore, equipment must be returned on a new, appropriately sized four-way pallet, secured with proper stretch wrapping to ensure the safety and stability of the machine during transit.
The set up and cost of the return transit remains the responsibility of the customer. If you need assistance, however, we can provide LTL shipping rates. Furthermore, any damages incurred during transit may result in a deduction from your refund for restocking fees.
Vinyl Cutters: Vinyl Cutters may be returned. However, if included software has been registered/installed, the full value of that software will be deducted from the return value.
Printers: Most printers may be returned. However, all printers are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact a customer service representative regarding the exact fees for the return of a printer.

White Toner Printers are final sale and cannot be returned.
Inks/Toners: Inks and toners may be returned, however, they must be in factory sealed condition. Any inks or toners that are opened are unable to be returned since Heat Press Nation will not be able to resell the product. Heat Press Nation reserves the right to reject any returns on inks and toners that have been opened.
Made-To-Order Products: Some products on our website are made to order after an order has been placed and are noted as such in the product description. Made-to-order items cannot be canceled or modified once the order has been placed.
Supply Items: Must be returned in new/unused condition.
Software: All software is final sale and cannot be returned.
Clearance Items: Clearance Items are all final sale; we are unable to refund or exchange these items.
Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned.
Quickspark Business Financing: Quickspark business financing is an independent financing service that facilitates payment for purchases on our platform. By opting to utilize Quickspark business financing for your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Quickspark.
Orders completed through Quickspark business financing are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined by Quickspark. As such, these orders are not eligible for return through our standard return policy.
Shipping Damage Policy
15 Day DOA/Shipping Damage Policy
Every machine is inspected for quality before it leaves our warehouse. Our goal is to ensure that you receive your product in full working order with no damage. Because of our strict quality control procedures, we are confident that your machine will be in 100% working order upon delivery. We wish we could control what happens to your machine once it leaves our warehouse, but unfortunately we cannot. Occasionally there are situations where products are damaged in transit and as a result, may not be in proper working order or have cosmetic damages when you receive it. In these situations we are happy to exchange your damaged/DOA/defective item with a brand new, direct replacement entirely at our expense.
To be eligible for a no-cost replacement, claims must be made within 15 days of product delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery and notify your delivery driver immediately if there is any physical damage to the packaging.
If your item has arrived either damaged in transit or in less-than-perfect working condition, please contact us immediately at support.heatpressnation.com. To assist in our claims process, we kindly request that photos of the damaged product be sent via email.
