Yes. The VersiFlex Ink Set is specially-formulated ink set that includes specialty C, M and Y carts, along with an Expander cart that allows for optimal transfers across a range of unique papers and vinyl.

Yes. Our innovative method uses unique papers based on what you’re printing. For light-colored natural fabrics and uncoated products, our VersiFlex inks work with our VersiFlex Light Transfer Paper. For traditional hard and soft sublimation blanks, VersiFlex Inks work with our award-winning TruePix Sublimation Transfer Paper. For everything else, VersiFlex Inks are formulated to work with sublimation vinyl, allowing you to apply vibrant, long-lasting designs to almost anything.

VersiFlex works best with a heat press, capible of high-pressure, that allows you to manually adjust the pressure for optimal results.

No. Due to the specialty formula, existing printers already utilizing Sublijet UHD, Chromablast or EasySubli inks will not be compatible with the new ink set.

Yes. The VersiFlex Ink Set, when used with TruePix sublimation paper and the correct Sawgrass color profiles, will provide no significant color difference when compared to the Sublijet UHD inks.

Yes. As the latest addition to the Sawgrass product suite, our programs are built to work perfectly with VersiFlex—no extra software required.

Apply the VersiFlex paper to your item quickly while the ink is still wet, then press immediately. After pressing, remove the paper right away using a low, hot peel.

With VersiFlex, you can expect a quality image up to 30 washes. All of Sawgrass wash fastness testing was conducted using a normal wash cycle and medium temperature for drying per ISO standard. For the best results all products should be washed using cold water and air drying.
