I did not receive my first order so I reached out via email and the agent assisted in a timely manner. They were also respectful. I was sent a replacement order in a couple of days, of course, that might be because I opted for the delivery insurance add on but in any case the process was better than I expected. As for the items, I don’t really like that some of the keychains don’t have the protective plastic cause some of mine had a few scratches. They are usable but I like when my customers receive perfect end products.

Nice backing that makes it very easy and fast to weed.

Amazing Customer Service

I ordered quite a lot of Siser HTV and had an issue with one of the rolls I ordered. I called and spoke with a lady named Jerry. She was able to get my a replacement for the area that was affected. Today, there was an issue on my end and I called and spoke with a gentleman named Austin. He was able to get me the same amount of vinyl I needed for the same price and expedite it to me. They both went above and beyond and because of their customer service I will never purchase in bulk anywhere else! They were truly amazing and very helpful!

Amazing Quality.
