These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the MyExpert Support service provided by Heat Press Nation, included as a separate service with eligible product purchases. By completing your purchase with the MyExpert Support service included in your order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Service

MyExpert Support is a lifetime technical support service offered for free with eligible purchases. This service is provided as a separately contracted support agreement, and is not part of the sale or price of any tangible product. MyExpert Support is valued at $200.00 and is made available to you at no additional cost as part of our ongoing commitment to customer success.

2. Included Services

MyExpert Support includes the following support benefits for the lifetime of your supported product:

  • Technical Support: Assistance with product setup, configuration, and day-to-day technical operation.

  • Troubleshooting: Guidance in diagnosing and resolving issues that may arise throughout your product’s lifecycle.

  • Equipment Consultations: Personalized recommendations on compatible accessories, upgrades, or additional equipment based on your needs.

  • Business Tips: General advice and insights related to running or growing a heat transfer or related business.

  • General Support: Any other non-warranty, non-maintenance guidance related to product use or business applications.

Support is delivered by our in-house team of experienced technicians via email, phone, or other remote means during our standard business hours.

3. Eligibility

MyExpert Support is available only to the original purchaser of qualifying products. The service applies to the specific product(s) included in the same order as the support plan and is non-transferable to future purchasers.

4. Exclusions

This service does not include:

  • On-site service or repair

  • Physical repairs or part replacements

  • Software or firmware modification not approved by Heat Press Nation

  • Business or financial consulting beyond general operational tips

  • Maintenance or extended warranty coverage

5. Duration

Support under this agreement remains available for as long as:

  • You are the original owner of the product

  • The product remains in operational use

  • Heat Press Nation continues to offer MyExpert Support as a service

6. Modification or Termination

We reserve the right to modify the scope or terms of the MyExpert Support service at any time. However, any such changes will not affect services already contracted by existing customers under this agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Support is offered on a best-effort basis. Heat Press Nation will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use your product or from any guidance provided under this service.
