Supacolor Logo

Supacolor Headwear transfers are the World’s Best Heat Transfer specifically made for caps and other forms of headwear. Print the way top retail surf and street wear brands do by capturing stunning, photo-realistic images, unlimited gradients, and small free-floating details that neither embroidery nor screen print can do. More incredibly, our special headwear formula allows these transfers to bridge the seam of a cap without cracking! This unique feature gives you the opportunity to heat press several different types of headwear including straw, bucket, five and six panel caps. You can even press over the mesh of trucker caps for unique brand placement.

While our Headwear heat transfers do have exceptional stretch, they cannot be washed and are not suitable for fabrics that will migrate or ones that have waterproof coatings. With a quick 10 second press and a very satisfying hot peel, a good heat press operator can knock out 250 – 300 caps per hour.

Expand your product line and grow your sales by combining any commercial cap press and Supacolor Headwear heat transfers.

Supacolor Headwear transfers can be applied to Cotton, Cotton/Polyester blends, and Polyester.

Headwear Heat Transfer is not it

This was a disappointment, quality was poor and even if you follow the directions exactly it did not come out good at all. I tried to tinker with temp and time a bit and nothing worked. Headwear heat transfer needs a lot of work.
