My press arrived quickly and was packed very well. I have really enjoyed my new mug press. I made my first coffee mug’s and a new tumbler for my husband.They turned out great. The press is easy yo use. The settings are easy to change. So far everything is great.

Very easy to use, eye catching product. After you print onto the acrylic, flip it over on its back and let it cool completely to avoid sudden temp changes and warping. Love it!

Where does one begin??? I bought this model which was supplied by another vendor for HPN in a package. Never doing sublimation I was pretty sure it could be done in a short learning curve. The results have been great for our little store customizing VW apparel for vintage VW's and vintage 60's and 70's themed printing. Would I buy this brand of heat press again??? Definitely.

It’s a decent product but every single slate came with a reeeeeally sticky made in china sticker on the back. Takes a while to get them off and then the adhesive left a mark no matter how much I wipe. Would have gotten 5 stars if it weren’t for all the made in china stickers.

I came across these cutting boards when the brand I was using was on backorder and would take several months before I could get them. I have to say, I’m so glad they were because the quality of these cutting boards are amazing! When sublimated, my cutting boards are so vibrant, I just can’t get over the colors. I thought I was happy before, but now I will be sticking with these for my small business!

Man she's a beauty. I started a semi successful business. Somehow I became the go to for local jeep clubs for decals and businesses for signs, but my cricut wasn't cutting it(lol not literally) anymore, I needed to be able to provide much bigger decals. She's a thing of beauty for sure. I'm not going to lie, I have not yet cut on her, but I'm working on my first design as we speak to practice. Bought the Signmaster Pro with it, the software isn't too complicated. This is a perfect addition to my business without having to kill myself in pricing. I love heat press nation, all my heat presses and now this came from them.

The press works well, my only complaint is where the power switch is and how the time and temp adjustment buttons are laid out.
The power switch is down low on the.left side with our set up its forcing us to reach around a 400 degree plate to switch the unit off - we are looking at a stand to avoid this hazard but it is sort of one of those things you ask yourself the engineers couldn't have made that switch more accessible- really?
The time and heat buttons - same deal.while they are on top the are nested behind that same 400 degree plate and your risking a burn if you are adjusting temps for different materials
It's good but it could be better with just a few engineering changes for control access
But as you can see in the attached picture it does a nice job - thats our logo on a table cloth for craft shows
