I ordered quite a lot of Siser HTV and had an issue with one of the rolls I ordered. I called and spoke with a lady named Jerry. She was able to get my a replacement for the area that was affected. Today, there was an issue on my end and I called and spoke with a gentleman named Austin. He was able to get me the same amount of vinyl I needed for the same price and expedite it to me. They both went above and beyond and because of their customer service I will never purchase in bulk anywhere else! They were truly amazing and very helpful!

Amazing Quality.

This is the first Heatpress I have ever owned. I did my first event on 8/24/2024. This unit performed superb. We did customs printing as they ordered. I am So pleased with this investment. Amazing quality and craftsmanship!
