I purchased this cutter as an upgrade for my business. Of course it came with a slight learning curve as most new equipment does. I reached out to their team via phone & not only did Michael V answer my questions fully but he also guided me to their YouTube channel for a more in-depth look at my machine’s capabilities. I appreciated that I made a purchase that was supported by the company to get the most out of my cutter & that Michael V was so dedicated to delivering quality customer service.

I purchased my heat press, cutter, and vinyl from Heat Press Nation recently. The customer service was outstanding. I am just starting my business and had a ton of questions.. They took their time with me, understanding my concerns and helping me all the way. Patrick helped me first and he was very informative and honest and didn't try to sell me more than what I needed. When I called again, I spoke with Rene, and he also helped me with my questions and was very nice and caring. When I received my machines and needed help, Bryant was amazing and very patient. He helped me get my business up and running, by explaining in detail how to use the cutter and tips on how to make sure I am using the heat press correctly. He is the right guy for that job, didn't complain one bit about all my questions, and trust me there were a ton of questions.. And finally, I called again today, to order more product, and spoke with Kristopher. Once again, amazing service. He was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. So far, the machines have been great.. I am looking forward to learning more and continuing to grow my business... Couldn't of done it without all your help. Thank you so much!!!!

I started a small t shirt and decal shop called Thread Chemistry T shirt & Print Co in West Des Moines, Iowa a little over a year and a half ago. When doing all my research I came across Heat Press Nation and decided to buy some of my 1st supplies from them. I've now ordered a few times from them and I've had a good experience every single time. I've now bought a clamshell heat press, cap press, swing away press, vinyl cutter & plotter, printers, as well as all the small stuff from HPN and they all are being used today. I've had to troubleshoot a few things in the past and I'm never worried it won't get resolved. They have VERY GOOD customer service and tech employees that are always willing to help and always have good attitudes. I'll continue to buy here as I expand and hope I'll never have to look elsewhere.
