Application Instructions
Recommended Heat Press: Flat press
Prepress: 20 seconds with the top facing up and covered with a Pro Grade Non Stick Sheet. Allow the substrate to fully cool prior to attempting your sublimation transfer. This will ensure optimal quality transfer of your design.
To prevent scorching and to protect your heat platen, we recommend using a Pro Grade Non Stick Sheet placed between the substrate and the heating element.

I apparently made a mistake on my ink order and received 2 of the same colors. I called and customer service was very friendly and polite and took care of it immediately. Shipped out the correct item within an hour and sent me a free return label to return the one I didn't need. I don't believe I have ever had an issue be resolved that quickly and efficiently before.
