This is the first Heatpress I have ever owned. I did my first event on 8/24/2024. This unit performed superb. We did customs printing as they ordered. I am So pleased with this investment. Amazing quality and craftsmanship!

Was able to use my mug press with the sleeve for an 11oz cup on these. I did get some fade as I got closer to the handle but thats due to using the press I have. My kids loved the cups :)
