To prevent scorching and to protect your heat platen, we recommend using a Pro Grade Non Stick Sheet placed between the substrate and the heating element.

Today, there was an issue on my end and I called and spoke with a gentleman named Austin. He was able to get me the same amount of vinyl I needed for the same price and expedite it to me.
