Geo Knight DK20S Digital Knight 16" x 20" Swing Away Heat Press

We absolutely love our new heat press, which was an upgrade from the HPN 15x15 press that we’ve had for the last 3 years. The Geo Knight is so smooth and sleek and doesn’t require a double press which saves us time. It was worth every penny! We also got the matching stand which is great.

I was shopping for a heat press and getting ready to pull the trigger on some inferior product, and it was my husband that convinced me to "get the good one." LOL as much as I hate to admit it, he was right!! :) This is the BEST heat press ever. Consistent heat and pressure, Easy to use, easy to read digital programmable display (you can set temp, time, and it shows pressure), and best of all: interchangeable platens!! (You have to buy these separately, but it's worth it.) We have the one heat press - and 5 different platens. All you have to do is pull out the lock pin, and drop on whatever size you need for the job. PLUS you can buy the heat press stand that goes with it. (I recommend that too-bolts on, has swivel, locking wheels) -better than any generic table or stand).

I press HTV, Supacolor transfers, plastisol transfers, sublimation, white toner transfers, DTF... on and on. Get a nice set of mousepad and a set of the foam pillows with the teflon cover. Use your teflon sheet or parchment paper (or butcher paper for sublimation), and you will always have a nice shiny upper platen.

The only one thing that I would advise everyone about is the wire in the back of the press tends to get pinched by the metal alignment tabs. You can easily keep the wire out of the way with a clip, but I didn't notice that was happening until it wore a hole through the heat protective cover.

I am personally new to using a heat press and before I decided on one I read many reviews and saw many people had been lured into buying a cheap one first and then upgraded to this unit and others of this quality. For myself I wanted one that swung away and also had changeable lower tables. I bought this unit with two alternate tables and have ordered yet another one so I will have four different sizes to work on a variety of items. The quality of this unit is amazing! You know you are using an industrial level machine. It IS heavy and wasn't easy getting up the stairs but all well worth it. There looks to be many great units on HeatPressNation but I can say I love working with this one and will for many years to come!

This machine is all I expected and more would recommend others to consider purchasing it!
