We bought this printer as an upgrade from our Procolored L1800 because we just started out. This upgrade to the F13 Pro is a game changer! If you’re thinking about “time is money”, this is the printer to buy! An added value, their support! I’ve never been happier than I have all around with a product and a company who truly stands behind their product! The quality of the prints and the speeds aren’t usually something you get together but with this printer, you do! We bought the heater and shaker for our original printer but we will be adding to our Pro now. You won’t be able to keep up with the speed so have some help ready to make your products!

If parts and/or accessories are needed at any time during the warranty period, Heat Press Nation will send them to you at no charge upon receipt of the defective part. Once the warranty period has ended, parts will be available at market price.
