Instructions

ThermoFlex®TURBO presses quickly at a low temperature, which eliminates press marks.  
Durable, weeds easily, and has a soft hand and strong grip. Does not encourage dye-migration since it has a low heat and quick press time. Pressure-sensitive carrier enables easy weeding and repositioning.

NOTE: Columbia Blue, Old Gold, Antique Silver, Berry, Brights, and Neons cannot be layered with anything on top of them.

Application Instructions

  • Mirror design and cut.
  • Weed excess material
  • Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
  • Cover with parchment paper
  • Apply design at:
    • 265°F/129°C for all materials except Nylon
    • 300°F/149°C for Nylon
  • Pressure:
    • All materials except Nylon: Medium Pressure for 5 seconds
    • Nylon: Low Pressure, Pre-press for 5 seconds, then press again for 5 more seconds
  • Peel:
    • All materials except Nylon:
      • Neons, Columbia Blue, & Berry: Peel Cold
      • All others: Peel Warm
    • Nylon:
      • Neons, Columbia Blue, & Berry: Peel Cold
      • All others: Peel Warm. Cover with silicone sheet and re-press for 10 seconds.

Heart Lock Icon

  • Wait 24 hours before first wash
  • Machine wash warm inside out with mild detergent
  • Hang dry
  • Do not use bleach
  • Do not iron directly on material
  • Tumble dry normal
