ThermoFlex Xtra is a specially designed material for decorating nylon, leather, and other heat-sensitive surfaces. This material features easy handling, cutting, and weeding with a thick polyester carrier sheet and low-tack carrier adhesive to provide easy weeding without lifting the cut image from the carrier. ThermoFlex Xtra will also adhere to some silicon-coated materials with sufficient surface texture to permit the adhesive to grip when properly transferred.

Application Instructions

Cut material in mirror image
Weed
Preheat garment for 5 seconds
Blade: 45°
Time: Pre-press garment for 5 sec. then press design for 3 - 5 sec.
Temp: 310 - 315°F (155°C)
Pressure: Firm to Heavy Pressure
Peel: Cold then cover with Teflon sheet and repress for 10 sec.
Be advised that dye migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend fabrics. Due to UV Rays, yellowing may occur on the white Xtra's adhesive, but will not affect the adhesion.

Care

Wait 24 hours before first wash
Follow wash instructions for nylon
Do not dry clean
Turn inside out and wash cold
Do not bleach
Tumble dry low

I ordered quite a lot of Siser HTV and had an issue with one of the rolls I ordered. I called and spoke with a lady named Jerry. She was able to get my a replacement for the area that was affected. Today, there was an issue on my end and I called and spoke with a gentleman named Austin. He was able to get me the same amount of vinyl I needed for the same price and expedite it to me. They both went above and beyond and because of their customer service I will never purchase in bulk anywhere else! They were truly amazing and very helpful!

Amazing Quality.
