First time using a HEAT PRESS machine and I left it on the padding too long. Thanks to YouTubers I found out about EZ-Off. It really truly works as advertised.

It’s only sublimates on top just one side. the rest of mug doesn’t sublimate as you can see in the picture it’s darker on the top. It happens to every single one I’ve done. And I’ve checked my pressure and everything.

At first the thought of leather on flask was desirable, until you receive them and realize the PU leather is not adhered properly and is frayed on edges. It is stuck on with thick adhesive but not wrapped tight so any pressing or shrink wrapping causes large bunching/wrinkling of the faux leather on the sides. The PU leather should be sent off the flasks and put on after sublimating. These are unusable without having flaws due to manufacturing. They are very light weight and feel inexpensive on first impression. Very disappointing for the price.

Loving this auto open heat press. It's so nice to take to festivals! It's about 30 lb lighter than, my studio model. The auto open feature means that I can jaw with my customers without burning their shirts! Everybody wins!

So the bottom screws must’ve gotten broken off in transit idk and my sliding tray doesn’t stay when I push it in which is annoying. I had to put something underneath to try and make it leveled as it still isn’t so not happy spending all that money when I could’ve gotten press from other vendor smh not happy AT ALL!! If I could post a picture of how it’s rigged up I would….. highly disappointed

I was so excited to receive my press and it exceeded expectations. More than satisfied with it.

My very first DTF transfers turned out great. My husband did not want white sublimated polyester shirts for working at an outreach center moving furniture. I ordered the DTF logos for front and back of colored cotton shirts and they look so good!! For the large transfers they have a softer vinyl feel but for transfer that was not completely solid, I couldn't really feel them. Very happy customer, thanks to HeatPress Nation. Debbie

This was by far the worst purchase I have ever made. The printer was shipped with the entire motherboard loose from the printer because it was not screwed down at the factory. We set the printer up over the weekend and could not get it to work. Procolored had us connect flex cables to printer circuit boards, something no customer should need to know how to do, and then basically offered a repair for a product that was missing screws out of the box on day 1 and did not work. The picture below shows our printer and how they had us open it up, expose the mother board, and take pictures of the issue from the factory of cables not being connected and the screws missing from the bottom. If I wasn't extremely tech savvy from my hardware background, I would not have been able to do the steps they were asking for - over terrible screenshots from a chat interaction. At every step I asked for a NEW unit that worked out of the box and they would refuse. I paid for a device that works and I am now stuck with something I had to fix on day 1.
I am out $1700 but learned a valuable lesson:
1. Support matters when it comes to your printer purchase - Heatpressnation was great with trying to negotiate the exchange. Procolored did not care about the customer relationship or the fact that they sent an unfinished product. They were only concerned with saving a dollar and offering a repair on a $1700 unit. No empathy, no concern, no real resolution. Worst support experience of my entire life.
2. Research the company as much as the printer. I saw great reviews on the printer. However, quickly learned that I was not alone with the support experience. Procolored is absolutely horrible at standing behind their product. There are multiple instances out there of customer complaints and months long support experiences

I did file a complaint with the California Attorney General and the FTC on Procolored based on some advice I received. I would highly suggest steering clear of this company at all ALL ALL costs
