These are not 3" square - approx 2.75 square.

Packing was horrible. Carrier handed it to me with the box torn open (busted). When unpacking, found 2 broken. Contacted customer service and have not heard back. When pressing, I had about 6 to break. I don't know if this is normal or if they were already damaged from the horrible transit with Fed-Ex. Haven't heard from customer service yet. Sent them a copy of damaged box, along with pic of broken units.
