i'm very happy with this machine. i've worked with different brands of heat presses in the past, even other hpn presses and this is by far my favorite. i got it a few months ago and have not had 1 problem with it. and i'm using it all day long 5 days a week. i would absolutely recommend it to anyone running a business.
UPDATE: I made the shirts for a blues festival (about 50) and everything seemed to go well. the only thing i have noticed is that both heat presses display windows were coming off like they used a cheap adhesive to secure them i will probably have to secure it with a better method myself and it was only cosmetic and doesn't effect functionality.
UPDATE: I recieved a working heat press and it only took about 4 days including the weekend so this manufacturer was on the ball and heat press nation did call me based on my reviews and tried to help me out with my issues. i will do another update on this machine after i have put it to some decent usage.
Since i last reported i have made babyout 75-100 shirts as my dad had a medical emergency and things were put on the back burner this year. Recently I did my first off site festival where i brought the press with me. it failed and no longer works nor is it under warranty and now this. i understand i have had the equipment for a while but with very minimal use.
