Uninet 3000 17" UV DTF Printer

The UNINET™ UVDTF 3000 features a 17” print width with a roll fed design, able to produce durable and intense color UV prints. Built utilizing robust and reliable professional printheads (THREE PRINTHEAD SYSTEM) and professionally enhanced, built from the ground up as a UV DTF printing solution. The finished product (UV decals or UV stickers) applies to a variety of hard substrates, including metal, wood (including skateboards), plastic (including plastic packaging, helmets and other plastic goods), paper products (including paper based packaging, gift boxes or other paper goods), glass products (including glassware, kitchen ware and other glass goods), ceramic products and more! The UVDTF 3000 comes with RIP Software, Supplies, Training and Onboarding.

What is UVDTF Printing?

UVDTF prints directly to UVDTF sheets, instead of printing directly to hard objects, as seen with traditional UV printing, which can be limited to 1 object at a time, or limited to materials that are not irregularly shaped. With UV DTF, gain the advantage by printing multiple images at a time (gang sheet printing).  Then simply peel and transfer your UV ‘stickers’ to your hard objects. Great for irregular materials, curved materials, and ultra-tall or very large materials, that otherwise may not be possible to print onto directly.

NOTE: While the UVDTF produced stickers are water-resistant and wear-resistant, they are not as resistant to the elements as direct to substrate UV printing.

This UNINET™ UVDTF 3000 is a turnkey, ALL-IN-ONE print and laminate UV printing solution! The printing and laminating are done automatically by the UVDTF 3000, and result in PEEL AND APPLY READY UVDTF DECALS!

WARNING: Work in a WELL VENTILATED AREA and use protective equipment when working with DTF products and processes. It is highly recommended the use of a Fume Extractor to handle the fumes caused by TPU adhesive powder curing. Bodily protection, including the use of PPE equipment such as a full body covering, a respirator / N95 mask, goggles and gloves are recommended to protect against TPU adhesive powder (prior to curing) that may become airborne due to handling. Inhalation of TPU adhesive powder or fumes may be hazardous to your health. The use of DTF equipment, chemicals, powders, inks and all accessories are at the sole risk of the user. DTF equipment is intended for use in a commercial environment. It is not recommended to use DTF equipment in a residential, or in-home setting. DTF inks and film require a good humidity environment - over 50% humidity is highly recommended to minimize the risk of ink clogs and film buckling. Add a Fume Extractor to this package for sufficient fume extraction.

DTF printers require daily use/maintenance! You must perform a head cleaning, nozzle check and a test print every day to ensure the printer is running smoothly and to prevent printhead and capping station clogs. Printheads and capping stations are considered consumables and are not covered under warranty if they clog. Clogs can occur even after one print, so maintenance must start the moment you install ink.
