The packaging could have been better. I order 24 mugs
6 of them was broken. I Love the mugs. I will order again,but for future packaging please upgrade.

I just unboxed my latte mugs now, and they are all in excellent condition. I really appreciate the fact that they were boxed separately, (box inside of a box) and bubble wrapped. I hear horror stories of people receiving their items damaged, so I was skeptical on the condition upon receipt. I understand that damage can happen during transport. I’m glad it was not the case. Because you took consideration and care when wrapping the items, I would purchase from your company again. Thank you.
