This is the first Heatpress I have ever owned. I did my first event on 8/24/2024. This unit performed superb. We did customs printing as they ordered. I am So pleased with this investment. Amazing quality and craftsmanship!

The packaging could have been better. I order 24 mugs
6 of them was broken. I Love the mugs. I will order again,but for future packaging please upgrade.

Received my 17” latte mugs in excellent condition.
Also, the delivery time was exceptional. The sublimation holds well for the graphics. This is my second order with this company and I’ll be ordering more. Thank you!! :)

I just unboxed my latte mugs now, and they are all in excellent condition. I really appreciate the fact that they were boxed separately, (box inside of a box) and bubble wrapped. I hear horror stories of people receiving their items damaged, so I was skeptical on the condition upon receipt. I understand that damage can happen during transport. I’m glad it was not the case. Because you took consideration and care when wrapping the items, I would purchase from your company again. Thank you.
