We bought this cutter to use with our business. It has pros and cons. The biggest thing we have noticed is it is fast when you eventually find the right setting it cuts beautifully. The main reason we went with this one is the size and software. We actually found we don't need this big of one because you can stack images. The downfalls are software is not user-friendly and the cutter's settings are not listed in an easily accessible place. The vinyl we use is not listed in the quick color access and the setting to the machine does not match the companies recommendations. There also is not a quick cup wrap maker. There is a "distortion" option but not the same and does not allow things to fit perfectly on cups. These cutters are not popular so there are no "how to" blogs or youtube videos easily found. I have taken the classes they offer free and as they helped a little the classes do not go into how to actually produce products and it is not the same for every cutter. As this would be good for experienced people who are able to use product testing the vinyl this is not good for a beginner. We are looking into a smaller one that pairs with our sublimation machine and dose thermos easily.
Vinyl Systems Edge 28" Cutter/Plotter
Amazing product. Easy to use.
I can do a lot more cutting rather than cutting the max on a Cameo and reload paper every minute. Saves me time, which saves me money. There might be an interview on my YouTube eventually @AndySoMeta
