I received my case of 36 mugs. As soon as I opened them I saw two broken mug in the top. Took those out and proceeded to fulfill orders over the next few days. One more mug must have been cracked, because it broke as soon as it was in the press. I don’t think it’s the fault of the company. More a shipping issue. The other mugs pressed beautifully, and I will be ordering again!
These always sublimate so beautifully. I love how easy they are to work with. Great quality!
